Hope fills my view toward the finality of this beautiful life.
For one day my hunger, my thirst,
Which must continually be quenched now,
Will be satiated for eternity.
At the finality of this hunger,
My Will is full on Grace and Redepemtion.
I shall no longer fall of my own accord,
And the banquet table will be everlasting.
I’ll not struggle of want that feels for this world,
Nor flesh out unchecked desires.
My imagining of greener pastures won’t lead to fantasy,
And discontent will cease to be.
Parched emptiness relieved.
Hunger no longer,
Filled to whole.
